Just to say this.I love Classic DooM as well as New DooM.DooM 2016 still a tiny bit more than Eternal. Classic DooM was VERY good at this (New DooM as well). More importantly is actually encounter design.certain weapons have certain advantages in certain situations and against certain enemies. Īnd just to say should not only depend on your ammo-count if you can "shotgun everything". Why shouldn´t I talk about a Classic Shooter in a thread about a game that wants to emulate those classics ? ESPECIALLY a game like Prodeus, and its OBVIOUS influences from Classic DooM. Why should it be in games that want to emulate those classics ? Why were you talking about classic Dooms in a Prodeus thread? Also I don't recall Prodeus having difficulty settings like "Ultra-Violence" or "Nightmare". Mods and masteries themselves increase damage output so much that you won't even need infinite ammo or insta ammo refill from one chainsaw or restocking BFG.
